laughter yoga CLASSES
in NEW PLYMOUTH 2026
When: Mondays 6-7pm for Adults
Where: Level 2, 44 Liardet Street, New Plymouth
Cost: $5 donation goes towards the room hire
Cancellations: Will be posted on FB Laughter Yoga with Clare
Contraindications: There are times when it’s suggested that Laughter Yoga is not ok to do or you need to take it easy. If you have existing medical conditions please consult your Doctor first and for guidance, check out Dr Kataria’s Contraindications
Note: There are no classes on Public Holidays or in January.
Dinners: We also do a Mid-Year and Christmas dinner for those who come to the Laughter Yoga on a Monday night.
